Discover Flying R/C Club was founded in 1982 by a handful of model airplane enthusiasts. We are now chartered by the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA).
The Discover Flying RC Club is a group of radio control aircraft enthusiasts who fly in Marstons Mills, Massachusetts. We are dedicated to promoting the hobby in a fun and safe manner for all to enjoy. We support educational organizations such as STEM and Boy Scouts of America. Among our members are the very young, the very senior and the disabled. Boys and girls as well as men and women are all welcome at our club. We also welcome spectators to our flying field and we accept tax deductible donations. For more details please email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Also, Discover Flying welcomes all levels of flyers and encourages beginners to come to our field and get acquainted with our hobby. We have experienced members and instructors who are willing to assist newcomers in setting up and flying their aircraft.
We maintain one of the finest flying fields in the AMA Northeast District that includes large mowed runways, picnic tables, startup benches in the pits, and sanitation facilities.
Our club's Frost Fly & Chili-Fest held on Jan. 1 is considered a major district event.
